Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is the oldest professional medicine in the world with extensive research supporting its medical use. It focuses on the balance and harmony required for health. TCM techniques are used to guide energy (or Qi) through the meridians of your body to increase blood circulation and remove obstructions. An initial visit and Naturopathic Consultation is needed to make an accurate assessment.

Women’s Health and Fertility

Women’s health is a complex interconnection of hormones, genetics and environmental factors. There is often many factors that influence fertility without one set answer for everyone. However, concerns such as severe cramping, PMS, menopausal symptoms, low libido etc. can and should be addressed and treated. I provide an inclusive and LGBT2Q-friendly service in my practice.

*Visit fees are HST exempt and most insurance companies cover Naturopathic Doctor visits.

Patients are responsible for being aware of how much coverage they have. Insurance companies do not share how much coverage patients have with healthcare providers.

Rates

Complimentary Naturopathic Visit (15 min): *Free

  • An opportunity to meet and learn more about how Naturopathic Medicine can benefit you, free of any commitment. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions and I will share my treatment approach with you.

Initial Visit (90 min): 225.00

  • For NEW patients only. We spend up to an hour and a half to learn your health history, clarify your health goals, perform relevant physical exams and, if needed, we will discuss laboratory testing. You will leave this first visit knowing your concerns have been heard and having a clear sense of where treatment is headed.
  • Please bring any current medications, supplements and recent lab tests (if available) to this visit.

Follow-up Visits: 

  • 30 min: 110.00
    • For existing patients. This visit allows us to review and adjust your treatment plan, review lab results and discuss any new health concerns.
  • 45 min: 150.00
    • For existing patients. This visit allows us to review and adjust your treatment plan, review lab results and discuss any new health concerns.
    • An extended time slot to allow us more time to reassess and if necessary redirect your care.
  • 60 minute: 185.00
    • For existing patients.
      This visit would follow an initial visit OR is also applicable for patients whose last visit was more than a year ago.
      You will receive a custom treatment plan tailored to getting to the root of your health problems. The tools of a naturopathic doctor are many but include dietary and lifestyle support, herbs, nutrients, acupuncture, specialized testing and more.

      This is an extended time slot to allow us more time to reassess your care.
